PUPPY CONTRACT
Buyer: Please contact Chad Gray to get a price quote and write this amount in ink in the blanks and initial in PART I. Please review this contract and sign and date at the bottom as the Buyer. Send this Contract with the Application and Deposit to the above address. When a Puppy Selection Offer has been accepted by the Buyer, the Breeder will sign and date this Contract, after which the deposit will not be refundable. A completed copy of the Contract will be forwarded to the Buyer. This contract constitutes a legally binding agreement between LOC AMERICAN BULLDOG KENNEL CHAD GRAY, herein known as the Breeder,

The puppy/dog referred to herein is described as follows: (The Breeder will fill this Block in when the Buyer has accepted a Selection Offer. The Breeder shall attach a photograph of the said puppy/dog to this Contract for identification purposes).PART I (Write in the price quote in ink and initial)
This contract agreement facilitates the sale of one live puppy/dog, herein referred to as "Puppy/Dog" from the Breeder, for the consideration of $850.00 to be paid to the Breeder by the Buyer in 2 (two) installments of:
(1) $250.00 to be paid as a deposit (see NOTE below) when the Puppy/Dog Application and the Puppy/Dog Contract is submitted to the Breeder, And,
(2) $600.00, when a puppy/dog Selection Offer has been made to the Buyer by the Breeder, and accepted by the Buyer. The balance due must be paid at the time of or prior to puppy/dog pick-up, Or, prior to commercial shipment. In no case shall the Breeder without payment in full according to this Contract release a dog.
OR (3) puppy can be paid for in full.
NOTE: Deposit is Non-Refundable after 2 days of written selection offer
Placement Process:
Once the Puppy/Dog Application, Puppy/Dog Contract and Deposit have been received by the Breeder from the Buyer, the Breeder shall contact and consult with the Buyer and will make a written (by fax or email) Puppy/Dog Selection Offer or Declination of Offer to the Buyer. Receipt of the Application, Contract and Deposit by the Breeder does not guarantee a sale offer from the Breeder.
If the Breeder declines to make a puppy/dog Selection Offer, the Application, Contract and Deposit paid by the Buyer are immediately returned to the Buyer.
If the Breeder makes a written Selection Offer to the Buyer, the Buyer has 2 (two) calendar days from the date of the written offer in which to notify the Breeder, in writing, that the Selection Offer has been accepted or declined by the Buyer. When the Buyer accepts the Selection Offer in writing, the Breeder will complete this Contract by identifying on this Contract which puppy/dog has been selected and accepted, and then will sign and return a copy of the completed Contract to the Buyer. Upon completion of the Contract, the Deposit becomes non-refundable. If the Buyer declines the offer within the specified 2 (two)-calendar day period, the Application, Contract and Deposit paid by the Buyer will be returned to the Buyer. NOTE: If the Buyer fails to respond within the specified 2 (two) calendar days after the Breeder makes the written selection offer to the Buyer, the Deposit is non-refundable, unless waived by the Breeder. The said puppy/dog will then be available for placement with other applicants. There are no guarantees that the puppy/dog will be available for placement after the 2 (two)-day response period.
PART II (The Buyer will initial the indicated boxes).
The Buyer Agrees to:
Have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within at least first week of the purchase date. The buyer pays for the shipping of the puppy.
PART III:
The Breeder asserts that the Dam and Sire were not known to have any of the aforementioned defects prior to this breeding.

A copy of this completed Contract with both Buyer and Breeder's signatures will be provided to the Buyer.
NOTE: THEY WILL HAVE THEIR FIRST VACCINATIONS AND WILL BE DEWORMED. THE PUPPIES COMES WITH A 2-YEAR HEALTH GUARANTEE IN WRITING IF THERE IS A HERIDITARY DEFECT WITHIN THE LINE THAT IS PROVED BY A LICESENED VET YOU WILL RECEIVE A FREE PUPPY FROM THE NEXT LITTER. I RECOMMEND THAT YOU FEED YOUR DOG GOOD FOOD TO PROMOTE GOOD HEALTH AND DIGESTION FOR YOUR DOG, ANY FOOD WITH BEEF, CHICKEN OR LAMB FIRST IS HEALTHIER FOR YOUR DOG. ANYTHING WITH CORN MEAL, OR MEAT GROUND MEAL ETC. FIRST IS UNHEALTHY AND MORE WASTE YOU HAVE TO CLEAN UP AND MORE VET BILLS. PUPS CAN BE SHIPPED AT BUYERS COST. YOUR DOG WILL COME WITH A SMALL TRAVEL PET PORTER, (IF YOUR DOG WAS BEING SHIPPED WITHIN THE STATES). YOUR PUP WILL COME WITH A TOY, A LITTLE BAG OF ZIP LOCK BAG OF FOOD. (IF SHIPPED) I RECOMMEND YOU BRING TOWELS TO AIRPORT JUST IN CASE ANY CLEAN ING NEEDS TO BE DONE IT CAN GET STRESSFUL FOR THE PUP FLYING. AT YOUR OWN CONVEINCE, I WOULD LIKE PICTURES OF THE PUP AT 6 MONTHS, 1 YEAR, 1YEAR AND 1/2 AND AT 2 YEARS OLD. I WANT TO KEEP TRACK ON THE PUP?S PROGRESS THE FIRST 2 YEARS THOSE PIC UPDATES CAN BE SENT TO MY EMAIL LOCENT@YAHOO.COM. I RECOMMEND NO DOG FIGHTING OR ANY INHUMANE USE OF DOGS AND YOU WILL BE DENIED SALE OF PUP IF SO. ONCE YOU BUY A DOG IT?S A PART OF THE FAMILY.
